Jeanne Lanvin Perfume by Lanvin
Lanvin is the oldest fashion house in Paris. Jeanne Lanvin started the company in 1889 as a milliner but expanded to clothing after customers admired the outfits she made for her daughter. This fragrance, created by perfumer Anne Flipo in 2008, is a tribute to its founder. The scent is both fruity and floral.
The Scent of Peace by Bond No. 9
Based at 9 Bond Street in New York, this US perfume company opened in 2003 and has dozens of fragrances that are based on different New York City neighborhoods. The Scent of Peace was created by Michael Almairac in 2006 with the idea that peace in each city would then bring world peace.
London Celebration by Bond No. 9
In honor of Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee, Harrods and Bond No. 9 teamed up to commemorate this remarkable feat. The scent is fruity and the bottle depicts Buckingham Palace. Only 1,000 bottles were produced (bottles 1 – 10 went to the royal family), the price was steep, and furrylittlegnome purchased #50!
Hi FLG – you must smell good all the time! I’ve never heard of Jeanne Lanvin Perfume but I’ll have to check it out.
Thanks, FF, I think…
Jeanne Lanvin is only available at Saks (or online).
It’s good to know. Can you tell when you will wear it?
That sounds kind of creepy…That said, Jeanne Lanvin is worn most days.
Thank you for new word. You mean unpleasant? It’s my mistake, I never notice…Sorry Jo-Jo.
